Hi! My name's Sam and I am a Herdwick sheep. I live at Heathfield Ecology Centre with my friend, Wilf. Apparently I was saved from becoming someone's roast dinner, which I think is very lucky! I will stay in the orchard at Heathfield for the rest of my natural life.

Hi everyone! I have been so busy exploring and eating that I forgot to tell you that there is a big meeting in the house on February 26th. All the members are getting together to hear the news from the last year, including talking about me!!! Afterwards they will listen to a talk about wildlife ponds from my friend Alan, before having some lovely food and drink. The only thing is- they haven't asked me to come - maybe because I always have dirty feet.

Hello Sam, where have you been? I missed your blogs.Perhaps you were too busy eating. Will Wilf let you cuddle up yet?
ReplyDeletehello Sam, it would be lovely to hear more of your comments from the orchard. Hope february hasn't been too cold for you. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHi Julia, as you can see my fleece has grown very thick and I am warm and snug. It's a shame humans don't have them, then you'd be nice and warm too.
ReplyDeleteThank ewe for your comment.
